Q: What is a WorkGrindFly™ boot camp?

A: WorkGrindFly™ boot camps are live, online workouts led by experienced, certified instructors that run all day long. Members pay one, low monthly fee to have unlimited access to these workouts from their laptops, tablets and smart phones. In addition, each day’s workout is recorded and members have access to this as well for one full week, until the corresponding workout of the next week is uploaded.


Q: Are WorkGrindFly™ boot camp classes for all ability levels?

A: Yes! Whether you are training for the very first time or are already an advanced fitness phenom, WorkGrindFly™ boot camp classes are designed to cater to each and every ability level. Our instructors tailor the exercises to each individual, providing modifications for:

–      various strength and stamina levels,

–      individuals training with previous injuries

–      each participant’s equipment availability


Q: What equipment do I need to participate?

A: You do not have to have any equipment to get a great workout in! When you log in to take a class, just let the instructor know that you will be training sans equipment and he/she will provide the appropriate modifications for you.

However, in order to maximize your training results, we recommend you purchase some or all of the following at–home equipment to get the most out of each workout:

1.)   An inflatable stability ball (if you already own a Bosu ball, this will work well too! Again, just let the instructor know at the beginning of class.) Here is a great example. (Pick either size 65 cm or 75 cm.)

2.)   A set of at least 3 resistance bands with detachable handles
Here is a great example.

3.)   2 or 3 pairs of dumbbells based on your current strength levels. Adjustable dumbbells are great too! Here is a great example.

 Examples of different strength levels would be:

 Level 1:
One pair of 5 lb. dumbbells
One pair of 8 lb. dumbbells
One pair of 12 lb. dumbbells

Level 2:
One pair of 8 lb. dumbbells
One pair of 12 lb. dumbbells
One pair of 15 lb. dumbbells

Level 3:
One pair of 10 lb. dumbbells
One pair of 15 lb. dumbbells
One pair of 20 lb. dumbbells

Our goal is to keep your entire workout regimen as budget–friendly as possible! For this reason, we have kept our equipment list short and concise.


Q: Will I be locked into an annual contract?

A: No! Unlike most gyms and training programs, the WorkGrindFly™ unlimited access membership is month-to-month. There are NO contracts, NO sign-up fees, and NO annual membership costs. In fact, there are NO hidden costs or commitments at all! This way, working out gets to be on YOUR terms, and you may cancel your unlimited monthly access membership at any time with NO hassle at all. It’s that simple.


Q: Do I have to do anything to prepare for the boot camp workouts?

A: That is the beauty of live, online classes. You can simply roll out of bed or run in the door from work a few minutes before class starts, warm up a bit and do a few good stretches, flip on your laptop/notebook/smart phone and you’re good to go!

No more packing a gym bag the night before, showering and changing in an unfamiliar bathroom or dealing with awkward locker room moments, and no more getting home super late each night because you just drove home in the dark from the gym. Now you can just step away from whatever you were doing, put on your workout clothes and sneakers, turn on your device and you are ready to go!

40 heart-thumping minutes later, your workout will be complete, you’ll be drenched in sweat and you can into hop into your own shower before heading off to work. Conversely, if you prefer working out in the evenings, you’ll no longer have to drive to and from the gym at night, leaving loved ones at home for yet another 1–2 hours.

Instead you can prep dinner, help out with home work, and/or walk the dog, then jump into your live workout session right from home, sweat it out, and then get back to your evening. You can even train during your lunch break if you choose to!


Q: What is the cost comparison to traditional gyms or private personal training?

A: At WorkGrindFly™ we choose to offer incredible, challenging and customizable workouts at an extremely affordable price, so that anyone who wants get super fit can gain unlimited, daily access at minimal cost.

Let’s do the math: training 5 days a week, x 4 weeks = 20 workouts per month. Divide this number by $57, and that is just $2.85 a workout!

$2.85 to have one of the best trainers in the industry demonstrate, monitor, adjust, hold you accountable and cheer you on as you grind it out for the entire class. Even if you train just 3 days per week, that’s still only $4.75 a workout. Compare these numbers to a personal trainer’s fee, which can range from $40–$120 per workout, and we can see how much the savings instantly add up.

When it comes to gym memberships, the monthly pricing varies from $10-280 per month. This does not take into account however any additional fees that are accumulated during sign–up, annual membership dues, the cost of gas while driving to and from the gym, as well as the cost of your valuable time spent commuting. WorkGrindFly™ live, online boot camps bring exclusive, innovative workouts to you, eliminate all other hidden costs or confusing fees, and simply provide you with the very workouts and trainers for a low, no-commitment, month-to-month cost.  

There are also specialty gyms and fitness studios, (think barre classes, pilates, crossfit, etc.) that offer classes, but these are still usually $12-$35 a class. When compared to any of these options, WorkGrindFly™ is still the least expensive way to get live, results–oriented training and instruction with some of the most elite master–level trainers around.


Q: What is the class schedule?

A: Please see our class schedule page for all current scheduled class times! Please check back to this page regularly as we steadily add more classes times each month!


Q: What if there is a day when I am so busy, I can’t make any of the live classes?

A: You are in luck! Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday's workouts are all pre-recorded and available for 7 days each.These are sent to all WorkGrindFly™ members around 5am EST each day. Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's workouts are live and going on throughout each day. If you check out our class schedule page and don't see a time you would like to train on one or more of these days, please email us a request and we will do our best to accommodate! Our sole purpose is to make sure you get in a fantastic, kick-butt workout in each day!


Q: How long is each class?

A: Each class runs for 40 minutes. However, our boot camp trainers provide additional exercise instructions for those who prefer to workout for 55-60 minutes. In either scenario you will complete your boot camp workout feeling thoroughly challenged, sweaty, and invigorated!


Q: What if, at the last minute I decide I cannot make a class? What is the level of flexibility for cancellations?

A: We are extremely flexible! Our top priority is making sure you can always fit an awesome workout in around your own schedule, ensuring that you’ll never have to go a day without training. We believe a day that includes a great workout is always a great day! Additionally, we do not charge any fees for last-minute cancellations. I fact, we do not charge additional fees for anything at all :) All you pay is one low monthly fee for unlimited access to daily boot camp classes.


Q: I’m a college student/active military/over 55. Is there special pricing available for me?

A: Yes! We offer a 40% discount to college students, active military and members 55 years of age and over. Please email helpdesk@workgrindfly.com with proper identification indicating your current student status, active military status, marriage certificate and current military ID (if in the case of a spouse of active military) or driver’s license or state ID showing date of birth.


Q: Is there a maximum capacity per class? What happens if a class fills up?

A: We recommend logging on 5 minutes early in order to grab a spot in your chosen boot camp class. However, if we find a popular class time is consistently filling up with 25 or more members, we will open up a second class with a different instructor at the same time. This way, instructors are able to monitor each person’s exercise form and provide individual assistance where needed, optimizing the safety and effectiveness of every workout.


Q: What platform does WorkGrindFly™ operate from?

A: Right now WorkGrindFly™ is proud to be teamed up with Zoom® , a video conferencing platform that has won multiple awards in it's category. They enable us to provide a secure and user-friendly platform for all of our members to train from.

Eventually, we will have a platform directly on the site. In the meantime, members set up a free account at zoom.us to participate in our live workouts, which only take a moment to complete!


Q: Can I take a live, online boot camp from my gym?

A: You can take a boot camp from your laptop, tablet or smartphone anywhere you have a good Wi Fi signal. However, some gyms have restrictions against working with online trainers and/or virtual training systems within their facility. We advise asking a staff member first if it would be okay for you to take your device to a quiet corner of the gym (perhaps an empty private studio, if there is one available) and complete your live, online workout that way.


Q: What about training outside?

A: Training outside can be wonderful, as long as you have great reception and it is relatively quiet. If you are in a loud area, as it may more challenging to hear the instructor. Give it a shot and if it does not work, plan for a quieter, indoor option.


Q: Will other boot campers be able see me on screen?

A: Yes, other boot campers taking the class will be able to see you on screen. If you prefer privacy during your workout, we suggest disabling your audio and video while in the Google Hangouts application. Just remember, the trainer will not be able to see you either to provide feedback on form, etc. and you will also still be required to type the full name that your account is listed under as well as the day’s password.


Q: How do I edit my billing info, contact info, or cancel my membership?

A: Cancelling your unlimited access monthly membership is easy! During your initial sign up, you will receive an email from WorkGrindFly with the headline: Manage Your Recurring Plan. Please keep this email handy. To edit or cancel:

–      Open this email and click on the link that says “Manage Plan”
–      Another link will be sent to your email within 15 minutes. Open this link and you will see your plan management portal, with options to update all account, contact and billing info.
–      To cancel your unlimited monthly membership: under the “Billing” tab click “cancel,” type CANCEL in the box provided and then click the blue box that says “Cancel Plan” to confirm cancellation.


Q: Can I share my WorkGrindFly™ membership with family members and/or roommates?

A: Yes! We liken the nature of our unlimited access boot camps to that of a Netflix membership. While your membership can only be registered to one device at a time, we welcome couples, roommates, and family members living under one roof to sign up together. We are excited that we can help you cut down on costs in this way. :)

Please note however, that if a member of the household is a current college student, active military or over 55 years of age, you may not share their discounted membership. (If you split a regular membership it comes out to be less anyway!) This rule does not include spouses of active military.


Q: What is in store for the future of WorkGrindFly™ live online
boot camps?

A: Our goal is to eventually provide multiple boot camps with different master trainers every hour on the hour, every single day! We also aim to build our own platform and app in the near future, and are pleased to announce that we will be auditioning for Shark Tank® this April, 2017!
