You CAN Accomplish Your New Year's Resolution – Here's How To Start

Good morning! If you have a New Year’s Resolution my biggest advice is to:

1️⃣ Hand write it down. This fires off a different part of your brain, helping to imbed this goal into your subconscious.

2️⃣ Attach a feeling to it. Quite often it is not really the thing, achievement, or destination we want, but rather the feeling(s) we believe we will have when we attain it. Identify these and write them down as well, and start thinking about how you could grant yourself these feelings before ever reaching the goal.

3️⃣ Find pictures that represent this “feelings” goal, and keep them in front of you daily. Google is amazing for this!

4️⃣ Re-write the goal, and the feelings down each morning and say them over and over out loud. Affirm who you are, what you stand for, and who you need to be in order to reach this goal. Start most of the statements with, “I AM...”
