Loving Fearlessly

Loving fearlessly begins with loving yourself fearlessly. And that happens by learning to love the parts of yourself that you only know how to love fearfully. – Matt Kahn

.

To love fearfully is to love with knowledge of a consequence if the decision is made to act otherwise;

.

To act in a love that points to a reward that you desire;

.

Loving only as a means to chase down something.

.

Something you want: that or whom which you think you need.

.

And the idea of not attaining this thing brings the sensation of fear to your being, your system, and so overwhelm reinforces any acts seemingly committed for love.

.

Detach from the above and love fearlessly instead. This is the real goal.

.

Why.

.

Because this hard task that few choose and SO MANY avoid, brings with it zero expectations. Zero manipulations.

.

Zero demands on the universe and zero strings attached.

.

And therein lies it’s authenticity. This love is unspeakably freeing.

.

Don’t try to coerce the cosmos. Don’t tell God what your plans are. Execute the task in front of you. And the plan will take shape as it may. Surrender into that, knowing that every interaction, every course correction and every bottleneck is happening FOR YOU. To help you. Erupt into your MOST powerful, formidable self. You cannot be fearless without first going through some of the stuff you fear. Go through it. Feel it. Don’t rush getting back to the good feels, your soul WANTS to have this experience.

.

Get some of the big unknowns out of the way, you will much have less to fear then. Test your boundaries and let your silly guard down, (for it is indeed silly, you know this, yes?) Let your love in. Let their love in. What will enter will be a cocktail of both love and pain, with blurred edges down the middle, but you go forth and serve that pain back up encased in more FEARLESS love, and you will have echoes upon echoes of voices chanting back their thanks and gratitude for you.
