Why L3 Method

This is my BFF Liana. She lives in NJ, lost 9 lbs. and got super shredded this past Summer working with me on her health and fitness goals.


She has a rambunctious 4 year old and works 50+ hours a week, so in order to waste no time, we honed in on her specific body type and tailored her entire plan around this, as well as her busy schedule.


Since then, Liana went on to become one of my assistant coaches at The L3 Method.


You see, Liana is a perfect representative of the women we work with. They are boss babes, they work hard, have busy work and personal lives, and they don’t actually have a lot of weight to lose, typically just 7-17 lbs.


They’re not going to be one of the body transformation sensations we see on Instagram. They don’t really want to be either. And they have time to waste on anything anything cookie-cutter.


These women just want a simple, user-friendly plan that is customized to their body type, goals, tastebuds and busy schedule, they want a private coach they can turn to with personal questions, and they want an intimidate, like-minded community of woman to hold them accountable and to gain support and motivation from.


So, I set about to create that.


L3 stands for “Lose The Last Layer.” It’s a 90 Day Program designed to help busy women lose the last 7-17 lbs., get incredibly toned arms, abs, legs and lifted bootys ️ And then stay that way, sustainably for life. We shed old habits AND old limiting self-beliefs to get there.


We replace them with new, healthy habits and mindsets, (with ease and flow, NOT more struggle or stress,) so that L3 members feel like the confident, beautiful and powerful women they truly are.
